The building will be open to guests for a Last Look to best offer a "before and after" perspective of the premises. While the property's historical integrity will be preserved, the downstairs unfinished storage areas will be converted into a high-end speakeasy, a side addition will be implemented to offer elevator service, and a plethora of features will equip the building with all the amenities expected of a modern Class A venue.
